Lawyers charge bias, as Demjanjuk goes on trial in Germany

The lawyer for John Demjanjuk is accusing a German court of bias.
Demjanjuk is being tried on charges of being an accessory to the murder of almost 28,000 Jews at a Nazi death camp. Prosecutors say he served as a guard under the SS at the camp in Poland. His attorney says Demjanjuk is facing punishment that wasn't given to Germans who ran the camp.
The 89-year-old retired Ohio autoworker, whose family says he's terminally ill, arrived in a wheelchair.
A top Nazi-hunter says Demjanjuk is trying to appear as sick and as frail as possible. Efraim Zuroff says "he's going to play it up to the hilt."
Demjanjuk has been in custody in Germany since he was deported from the United States in May. He could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
