Matt Schaub outplayed Peyton Manning, throwing four touchdown passes enroute to a 31-25 victory over the Broncos.

Schaub finished 17-of-30 for 290 yards, helping Houston improve to 3-0 for the first time in franchise history.

Six days after throwing three interceptions against Atlanta, Manning didn't throw any against the Texans. But similar to the game against the Falcons, the Broncos fell behind by 20 and lost by six. Manning did get the ball back with 20 seconds left this time, but didn't get the Broncos close to the endzone.

The Texans improved to 3-16 lifetime against Manning and beat him for the first time in a road game.
