Large sinkhole closes Highway 67 near Cripple Creek

Highway 67 is closed about one mile north of Cripple Creek because of a sinkhole according to the Teller County Sheriff's Office. They are responding as well as C-DOT to manage traffic and begin repairs.

No word on the cause of the sinkhole or when HWY 67 will reopen.
