ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - The landlord of an Aspen building is asking a marijuana dispensary to move out because it's hurting the building's market value.

Landlord Neil Ross has refused to renew the lease of L.E.A.F. owner Billy Miller.

Miller tells the Aspen Daily News that Ross complained that the dispensary might have driven away some investors.
