Labor Day pains for the unemployed

WASHINGTON (AP) - Friday's dismal jobs report may be even worse than the numbers suggest. The 9.1 percent jobless rate doesn't count part-timers looking for full-time work and the unemployed who've given up looking. The Labor Department says those people make up more than 16 percent of working-age Americans.
