Kids gone since 2001 and 2003: never reported missing

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is looking for two children missing for years---the problem is---no one ever reported them missing.
Austin and Edward Bryant would now be teenagers. Austin disappeared as early as 2003 when he was 7 years old. He would now be 15 years old.
Edward has been missing since 2001 when he was 9 years old. He would now be 18 years old.
Investigators have arrested the boys adoptive parents----Edward and Linda Bryant---in Texas. The family once lived in the 18000 block of Granite Circle. The Bryant's face felony theft charges along with forgery charges. They are each being held on $1 million dollars bonds.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office says they're being charged because they've been receiving a financial subsidy from the El Paso County Department of Human Services even though the kids were not living with them.
