Aspen Pointe is looking for a Service Center Representative.
The Service Center Representative works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide client referrals and assistance with a professional and respectful customer service focus. Utilizing bilingual skills navigates the needs of each client, including arranging specialty provider services as requested. Interfaces with network providers regarding consumer service plans and care coordination. Documents all member contact in an electronic system.
This is a full-time position. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service and call center experience is preferred.
