Job of the Day: Physical Therapist

Complete Home Healthcare is looking for a Physical Therapist. The agency serves clients along the Front Range, including in Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Canon City. The applicant must have a current Colorado PT license, current CPR training, one year of experience and must be able to travel to the homes of clients.

Job Description:

Provides physical therapy to clients, following physician orders and in coordination with other team members.

Evaluates client physical therapy needs and develops a plan of care and goals appropriate to the findings, per physician orders.

Participates in in-services, meetings, and case conferences as requested.

Instructs client and family in PT program and community resources as necessary.

Revises and updates PT plan of care and goals as appropriate, with physician approval.

Completes and submits all appropriate clinical documentation per agency policy.

Promotes customer satisfaction for all clients, employees, and visitors to the agency.

Approaches tasks with a positive and flexible attitude and practices team behaviors.

Depending on the location, this position is full-time, part-time, or PRN.
