The National Park Service needs a Park Ranger at the Sand Creek Massacre National Historic Site near Lamar. This is a full-time position.
This job is highly specialized. You'll coordinate tribal consultation with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes and others, and assist the superintendent and management team to build and maintain relationships with American Indian tribes and groups on a government-to-government basis. Consultation with Indian tribes is well established in cooperative agreements, per the park's enabling legislation, as well as by other law and regulations.
You should have a master's degree or two years of graduate level work to apply for the job.
