Penrose St-Francis Health Services is on the search for an Office Coordinator.

This is a full time position. The Office Coordinator provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to the department. Operates a personal computer utilizing department specific software programs. Prepares and/or composes correspondence, memos and reports. Screens telephone calls and visitors. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments and meetings for the Director. Attends management meetings, takes minutes and distributes minutes as appropriate. Assists with special projects. Assists with budge preparation. Responsible for effective stewardship of resources in own area of responsibility.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and 2 years in health care setting.
