Penrose St. Francis Health Systems is looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager.
The right candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience as an RN. Must obtain unit specific national certification within 1 year. This position is responsible for supervising staff, daily operations of the unit/department, quality audits & checks, patient flow, unit costs & staff schedules.
