Jack LaLanne honored with parade on 95th birthday

Fitness legend Jack LaLanne looks better at 95 than some people who are 50 years younger.
LaLanne celebrated his 95th in style Wednesday, riding an antique fire truck down Ellis Street in his hometown of San Francisco. His fans didn't wave--they did pushups and jumping jacks!
The parade ended at LaLanne's favorite restaurant, "John's Grill". There, he and his wife Elaine dined on--what else--the Jack LaLanne Salad.
The man who's inspired many to get off the couch said he works out 7 days a week--and hates it. But he loves the results.
