Duties require managing and administering an Information Systems (IS).
The IS Lead will plan, coordinate, implement, and maintain oversight for all aspects of the IS infrastructure.
This includes computer and server hardware, various software applications, operating systems, and local area network (LAN) configuration. Duties include determining IT staffing requirements, establishing standards and procedures, monitoring work activities and output, and ensuring that schedules and quality standards are met. Work involves maintaining liaison with customers to improve services and provide guidance and direction to resolve operational and production conflicts. Provides oversight responsibilities and directs dedicated contract support personnel in all Information Systems activities.
The IS Lead oversees technical support and help functions that relate to networks, security, redundancy and connectivity.
