DENVER (AP) - The Colorado Department of Transportation has closed a bridge from northbound Interstate-25 to westbound Interstate-70 to repair surface problems.
Spokeswoman Mindy Crane said the bridge was temporarily closed on Friday because of problems with an expansion joint between bridge sections that could cause cars to have flat tires.
Crane said the closure is expected to last several hours and traffic is being diverted until the repairs are complete.
