Independence Day Forecast

It's the 4th of July, our country's Independence Day. It falls in the middle of the summer, and today will feel the part. Temperatures will top out in the 80's and 90's with a very small chance for only an isolated shower across most of the area. West of the I-25 corridor, showers could be a little more abundant, but even there not everyone will see the rain.

The heat continues through the next week or so. There are a couple days, including Friday, when showers are a better possibility. Even then, though, many areas will stay dry while some areas will be lucky enough to get a good downpour.
