Improving weather on Sunday

Expect clouds, rain and snow showers, areas of fog and low clouds and isolated thunder through the early hours of Sunday, but skies will clear from northwest to southeast during the day, as highs climb above average (50s/60s). More sunshine and breezy winds will boost highs on Monday, and the warming trend will continue through at least mid-week (60s/70s, and possibly a few 80s). Temps will drop, but still be above average late in the week.
