Ice-jammed!

Giant chunks of ice have jammed up sections of Pennsylvania's Allegheny River, nearly swallowing the town of Parker.

Boulders of ice, some larger than cars, have clogged the river for miles.

"It's unbelievable," says Tammy Christy. "You have to see it to believe it."

"I talked to my neighbor he said it hasn't been as worse as it is right now. The last time I saw it like this was in pictures when I was a kid," says Parker resident Frank Palmer.

Flood warnings have been issued and residents living near the shore have been warned that water levels could rise rapidly depending on how the ice shifts.
