I-25 still closed after pedestrian accident

Interstate 25 remains closed northbound from near the Arkansas River in Pueblo to 4th Street after a serious accident.
Pueblo Police report a woman was in a car when she told the driver to pull over because she felt sick. That woman than ran into traffic near 1st Street and was hit by a truck pulling a trailer loaded with cinder blocks. That truck hit another vehicle and pushed it into the median wall. The people in those vehicles were not injured.
The woman was seriously injured and was taken to a hospital.
The interstate is expected to be closed until around 3 p.m.
