Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region launches community outreach program with "The Snipster"

COLORADO SPRINGS-In a mission to help decrease the pet overpopulation in the Pikes Peak Region, the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region has introduced "The Snipster" a mobile spay and neuter clinic that is performing onsite sterilizations and vaccinations on cats in areas where services aren't readily available.
This weeks debut visit was at Meadows Park Community Center and has already had a positive response.
