Huerfano County Courthouse still closed

The Huerfano County Courthouse is still closed after chunks of rock starting falling off the courthouse tower earlier this week.
Those scheduled to be in court Monday March 14 must appear on Monday at the Walsenburg City Hall in the City Council Chambers.
Those scheduled to appear Tuesday through Friday of next week must appear at City Hall on Friday. Specific scheduling questions can be answered at 719 738-1040.
The Colorado Judicial Department continues to evaluate the courthouse and will return to Huerfano County on Monday for further investigation. The state anticipates release of an inspection report on Monday, March 14.
