How to grow your own veggies

If you want to plant a vegetable garden but don't know where to begin--there's a free lecture this weekend to help you out.
Pikes Peak Urban Gardens will present the lecture, "The Beginners Vegetable Guide for Success," this Sunday, February 21, 2 - 3:30 p.m. The lecture will be given at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center theater. It's free and open to the public.
Larry Stebbins, Director of Pikes Peak Urban Gardens, will specifically address Colorado Springs' climate and elevation.
