You don't necessarily have to go to a plastic surgeon to get a youthful look. A new trend, called Face Yoga, may look silly, but some claim to have instant results.
"The exercises themselves help to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, so you're definitely going to get more tone, firmness and resilience," says creator and author of "the Yoga Face," Annelise Hagen.
In her book she outlines various face poses and exercises to help lift the face. Her advice before trying it: don't over do it, Hagen recommends doing three moves in a row, ten times each.
