How safe is food at festivals?

The Pueblo City-County Health Department inspected every food vendor at the Wild Wild West Festival in Pueblo over the weekend. We went along to watch as they checked to make sure foods were properly cooked, cold foods were kept colds and workers were using gloves and washing their hands.
Today we're following up with the health department to see if they had to shut down any vendors--and if there were any major violations. We're going to talk with health inspectors later this morning. More to come.
