Hot and stormy Thursday

August is off to a hot start today and the heat will stick around for a couple more days. There will be more moisture in the air tomorrow and that means a greater coverage of pm thunderstorms. Again tomorrow some storms could produce moderate to heavy rain and that will create problems over the burn scar. A cold front moves in saturday with temperatures cooling 10 to 13 degrees.
