Homeless Conference in the Springs reveals goals

The tenth annual Homeless Conference in Colorado Springs was held today at the First Presbyterian Church. Members of church based programs, police, and other professionals say that the face of the homeless population in the Pikes Peak area has changed. They now see more families with economic harship that have exhausted all options from family and friends, and the main challenge is to find affordable housing.
