It's the last thing fire managers in Boulder County want to hear--wind gusts in the range of 50-miles an-hour are forecast for the foothills around Boulder this evening.
The Fourmile Canyon Wildfire exploded from a spark into an inferno that leveled more than 100 homes in conditions similar to those now forecast. Monday, when the fire broke out, was sunny and windy, with low humidity.
Firefighters are still struggling to contain the wildfire.
