Not every structure is built for the ages. A Florida high-rise was demolished Sunday morning after standing less than 40 years.
The 1515 Tower in West Palm Beach was severely damaged by hurricanes in 2004 and has been vacant in recent years.
When it opened in 1974, the 30-story building was said to be Florida's tallest residential condominium. It took about 2,000 sticks of dynamite to bring down in seconds.
