Warm, windy weather is expected Thursday in Colorado. Dry weather continues, in fact not drop of rain is forecast on the 7 day. Fire conditions continue to remain unusually high. The combination of breezy to windy weather, dry fuels and dry air will make the fire danger high today along the southern I-25 corridor. In the foothills east of Boulder and Denver there is an extreme fire danger Thursday and Friday with strong winds and very dry fuels the primary threat. A warm day is in store for Colorado Springs with a forecast high of 85 degrees, Pueblo's forecast high is 90 degrees. Cooler air will spill in for Friday with nearly a 10 degree drop for afternoon highs compared to Thursday. More of the same is expected this weekend with sunny skies and temperatures in the 70s and 80s.
