John Hickenlooper has a busy week on-tap. The micro-brew owner will be sworn-in as Colorado's new governor tomorrow.
On Thursday, Hickenlooper will deliver the State of the State address.
Our new governor is expected to lay out his goals and principles for the next four years, but he's not expected to announce any new programs. The reason: the state is broke. Since the national economic meltdown, Colorado has steadily slashed programs because of falling revenues.
