DENVER (AP) - Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper is meeting with Colorado businessmen to go over his plans to create jobs in Colorado.
Hickenlooper plans to address the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry at noon Thursday at the Brown Palace.
The governor has said the state doesn't have money this year for jobs incentives, but he's promising to cut red tape and streamline government regulations.
