Heavy traffic NB I-25 from Fillmore to North Gate

NB I-25 is jammed from Fillmore to North Gate as Friday afternoon rush hour is well underway.
Highway speeds are down to the teens and 20's mph from Garden of the Gods northward to North Gate.
Use Highway 83 as an alternate.
