The record setting heat wave shows no signs of letting up anytime soon. Winds during the first half of the day will remain on the light side, but a few dry thunderstorms will pop up in the afternoon. The main concern from today's storms would be for the threat of gusty winds and dry lightning. Very little in day to day change is expected for southern Colorado as the heat wave continues.
