ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Denver Broncos defensive lineman Ryan McBean is facing another hearing on suspicion of stalking.

According to court records, McBean has an advisement hearing today. He had a previous hearing on Oct. 15 to advise him of the charges against him. The arrest affidavit has been sealed.

McBean, a fourth-year pro out of Oklahoma State, turned himself in and is free after posting a $50,000 bond. McBean's attorney, Peter Schaffer, says the charges are unfounded.

If convicted of stalking, McBean could face up to three years in prison.
