Serves as Chief, Patient Affairs Branch, providing technical and administrative supervision to civilian and military employees assigned to the Branch.
Counsels military personnel from all branches of the uniformed services, retirees, and the families of those being processed through the Army Physical Disability Evaluation System on their rights, benefits, privileges, or obligations.
