Health advisory issued for smoky skies

Roaring wildfires in California and other western states and Canada have filled Colorado's skies with a choking , white haze. Tuesday afternoon, the state health department issued a health advisory: Active children, active adults, and people with respiratory illnesses should limit prolonged outdoor exertion from 2 PM until midnight tonight.
The haze is expected to lessen as the week progresses.
