If you are in Colorado Springs you know it is very smokey right now, and that can be bad for your health.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Regional Air Quality Council have release a warning about the air quality in El Paso County.
They state "if visibility is less than 5 miles in smoke in your neighborhood, smoke has reached levels that are unhealthy. In these areas, people with heart or lung disease, older adults, and children should avoid prolonged or heavy exertion; everyone else should reduce prolonged or heavy exertion."
