Wildfires burning in California, Utah and western Colorado have made Colorado's air hazy and prompted advisories from state health officials.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Safety Tuesday advised people with asthma, heart conditions, young people and the elderly to stay inside if visibility was less than five miles in their neighborhoods.
The smoke will gradually diminish as the week progresses.
If you are suffering from a flare-up of asthma symptoms because of the haze, professionals at Colorado Springs Allergy and Asthma Clinic can help. There are three locations for your convenience.
