Handling Holiday stress

Getting through the holidays stress free isn't as hard as it seems. Following some simple tips can keep you calm and collected.

Therapist Marshea Freant-Vitt with Peak View Behavioral Health says people need to remember they're in the driver's seat.

Make sure you don't get over-whelmed, Freant-Vitt says, make sure you're getting enough sleep, watch what you eat, budget your time and your money, and don't take on more than you can handle.
