The Colorado Springs Liquor Board has made a ruling based on 5 cases that have been under investigation by detectives from the CSPD Special Enforcement Unit since Feburary 2010 against Halftime Bar and Grill. The bar is located at 1840 N. Academy Blvd and currently owned by Erdal Bengogulari. The ruling of the board shows the liquor license was suspended for 90 days to be followed by a total revocation of the license.

As part of the suspension the current owner may transfer the license to an approved third party within the 90 days. Erdal will no longer be permitted to operate the liquor license and will no longer be able to hold any liquor license in the city of Colorado Springs.
