Gov. Ritter to outline Colorado energy policies

Gov. Bill Ritter will lay out Colorado's plan to develop clean energy sources at an international forum on Wednesday.

The discussion is part of the 2010 Biennial of the Americas celebration taking place throughout July in Denver.

Others attending the meeting include Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood; Federico Pena, former U.S. Secretary of Energy and Transportation; and the ambassadors to the United States from Panama, Canada and Colombia.
