Gov. Ritter speaking at Pueblo luncheon

Gov. Ritter will deliver the keynote address at the Southern Colorado State of the State Luncheon and Committee Summit of Action 22. His speech at the Pueblo Convention Center, 320 Central Main St., will get underway at noon.
This will be the governor's second event in Pueblo today. He also attended an articulation signing ceremony at CSU-Pueblo.
