We were at the Pueblo County Jail today as Roy Gleiter made his first appearance in court via a video advisement. Before the hearing started Gleiter talked with us from across the room. "You know this is going to go national right?" said Gleiter responding to us showing up with our TV camera. "It possibly could," said News 5 reporter David Ortiviz. "Oh there's no possibility about it dude. As soon as I get ahold of a couple of friends, you watch things are going to go real bizarre real quick. I warned everybody--nobody listened to me," said Gleiter.
Gleiter has agreed to live in a homeless shelter until his next court appearance. He's facing charges of trespassing and unlawful conduct on public property. We'll have more on this story tonight on News 5 at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
