Game on for Sky Sox

The gloomy weather won't stop Colorado Springs Sky Sox and the Iowa Cubs from playing baseball at Security Service Field this morning. Sox pitcher Josh Muecke (1-3 ERA 5.59)takes the mound against Cubs pitcher Jay Jackson (1-1 ERA 5.31).
With temperatures expected to be in the low 30's at game time, ball park personnel encourage fans to dress warm. The Iowa Cubs are the top minor league team for the Chicago Cubs.
