TRIPOLI, Libya (AP) - Moammar Gadhafi says he has survived recent airstrikes -- and he tells NATO that he's "in a place where you can't get me."
His audio message, played on state TV, came as Libya's government accused NATO of killing 11 Muslim clerics in a strike on an eastern oil town. Gadhafi has not previously been heard speaking since a NATO attack on a Tripoli residence two weeks ago, which officials said left his son and three grandchildren killed.
Gadhafi says "I tell the coward crusaders. I live in a place where you can't get to me. I live in the hearts of millions."
NATO is responding to Gadhafi's message by saying he's not being targeted, and that NATO's targets are military ones.
