The Pentagon has announced the death of a Fort Carson soldier, serving in Afghanistan. Spc. Gregory Missman died Wednesday, from injuries he sustained when his unit came under small arms fire.
Spc. Missman was a member of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. He was from Ohio.
