Ft. Carson fallen to be added to memorial

The names of 53 fallen soldiers will be added to the memorial located at Kit Carson Park near Fort Carson's main gate May 27. The 10 am ceremony is open to the general public.
Maj. Gen. David G. Perkins, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson commanding general, will be the keynote speaker. Family members of those being honored have been invited to attend.
The main gate will close 15 minutes prior to the event and reopen after it is over.
