Frigid, but not much snow

A wave of biting cold is moving south across the Front Range, dropping temperatures 20 degrees in its wake. To the south, where there is cloud cover, the mercury was around 10 degrees. To the north, like in Fort Collins where the clouds have cleared, the temperature had rapidly dropped overnight to 10 below zero.

A wind chill advisory is in effect for the rest of the morning. And it will be much colder Thursday night.
