Fremont Elementary on a precautionary lockdown

According to Barbara Miller, Spokesperson for the Colorado Springs Police Department, Fremont Elementary was put on a precautionary lock down after what has been reported as a domestic dispute and one parent threatening to remove a child from the school. No threats of harm to any child or the school have been made. Details are still preliminary at this time and the Colorado Springs Police Department will try to get us more information as it becomes available.
