If you or your kids like trains, you may want to head to Pueblo's Railway Museum. It's located right next to Pueblo's Historic Union Depot in downtown. The museum features more than a dozen railway cars, including diesels and passenger cars.

The museum is open on Saturday's from 10-5pm and it's free. You may want to call ahead on days that are cold and snowy because they may close on those days. The number is 719-251-5024, you can also visit their website by clicking here.

You're free to wander the grounds, take pictures and go inside the open cars. Volunteers are generally working on projects and willing to give you information on the various cars. The Museum is also available for birthday parties and they hold special events for Easter and Christmas.
