Free safe-food webinar offered

The Colorado State University Extension Office, in partnership with the Students of Delivery of Cooperative Extension Programs will be presenting a free webinar on Tuesday, March 27. The topic of the webinar is "Fundamentals of Creating a Colorado Farm Food Safety Plan," and will feature a panel of speakers who will discuss the basic components of Farm Food Safety Plans. The webinar is free.

The session will explore a variety of issues, including an individual risk assessment, documenting plans and procedures, developing a basic plan covering all practices from production through postharvest, and how to get started on your own plan. Questions will be taken during the webinar, and can be entered in a chat window on the same browser page.
